Full Service Planning includes:

• Pre-booking consult

• Six one-hour planning calls with Jen to guide you through the planning process and keep everything on track, She will ensure that key planning milestones are met as you book your vendors, manage your timeline and will keep you organized along the way.

• Venue + Vendor research and proposal requests Jen will provide you with a list of venues and vendors to choose from that meet your vision - and solicit proposals (no need for you to spend your weekend scouring the internet for leads.)

• Timeline Management Jen will create a wedding day timeline with you, and offer detailed suggestions guided by best practice as needed to advise best placement for key moments throughout the day. 

• Vendor Coordination Jen will be a point of contact for your vendors, providing them with the info they need to carry out their services, as well as collecting their insurance certificates to provide to the venue. 

• Month-of Wedding Coordination Jen will meet with you and the venue’s point person 1 month before the wedding for a one-hour walk-through. will distribute the final day-of-timeline and floor plans to the vendors, and hop on calls with vendors as needed to ensure everyone works together seamlessly and nothing is left to chance on the day.

• Day-of Wedding Coordination Jen will be on-site on the day of your wedding, and be the point person for yourselves, your family and vendors - to gently and calmly guide everyone throughout the day. Jen’s goal is to ensure that couples are able to completely “live in the moment” while feeling confident that everything will go smoothly - because she’s got it all in hand. 

Pricing

Pricing for full-service wedding planning begins at $10,000 for intimate weddings under 80 people and pricing varies based on overall event cost and guest head count. Get in touch for a custom proposal.
