Partial Planning includes:

• Pre-booking consult

• Three planning calls with Jen to guide you through the planning process and keep you on track as you pick and hire vendors. During the one-hour calls Jen will help steer your decision making process, offer budget-friendly suggestions. She will follow up the calls by sending you a list of items discussed to keep you on track in making decisions and booking vendors until you meet again.

• Vendor sourcing and recommendations for up to 6 vendor categories* Jen will provide you with a list of venues and vendors to choose from that meet your vision - and solicit proposals (no need for you to spend your weekend scouring the internet for leads.) *Vendor categories means for ex, DJ, Officiants, Wedding Cake, Hair and MakeUp, Florists, Lighting , Caterer etc.

• Timeline Management During our three one-hour calls, I will advise best placement for key moments throughout the day and flag any timing challenges you may not have thought of.

• Vendor Coordination Jen will be a point of contact for your vendors, providing them with the info they need to carry out their services, as well as collecting their insurance certificates to provide to the venue. 

• Month-of Wedding Coordination Jen will meet with you and the venue’s point person 1 month before the wedding for a one-hour walk-through. will distribute the final day-of-timeline and floor plans to the vendors, and hop on calls with vendors as needed to ensure everyone works together seamlessly and nothing is left to chance on the day.

• Day-of Wedding Coordination Jen will be on-site on the day of your wedding, and be the point person for yourselves, your family and vendors - to gently and calmly guide everyone throughout the day. Jen’s goal is to ensure that couples are able to completely “live in the moment” while feeling confident that everything will go smoothly - because she’s got it all in hand. Please see my “Day-Of / Month-Of” Coordination page here for a full outline of services offered in this category as part of this package.

Pricing

Pricing for partial wedding planning begins at $6,500 and pricing varies based on the level of support you think you may need. This package includes day-of as well as month-of coordination for NYC weddings up 11 hours in length.
